Today I'm back to red for my Christmas nail art, as well as Christmas trees. I'm feeling a little repetitive this year...
I was pretty happy with how these turned out, although I think I need to work on my glitter gradients a bit. I used just regular craft glitter for this and I have to admit I was a little stumped on how to put it in a gradient. But after a little trial and error, I discovered the best way was just to apply the red polish as normal and when it had dried to a tacky stage, just press the glitter on with my fingers. Of course, this method did mean placement and gradient was left a lot to chance and luck!

Lady in Red by Face of Australia (red)
Midnight Fireworks by Face of Australia (gold - Christmas tree)
Miscellaneous gold craft glitter (gradient)
And it was all topped off with a coat of Poshe's Super Fast Drying Top Coat
