Geometric Nails

Hello my lovelies!

I have another manicure for you (anyone sensing a pattern here? I think I’ve found a new obsession!). This one is very cool, if I do say so myself, (although definitely not as good as my Galaxy Nails – which I’m going to have to take off today, unfortunately (so much chipping)) :(.

Anyway, this manicure also makes use of a really cool technique that I had never thought of using before…… Sellotape! Unfortunately, I don’t have a nice step by step tutorial for you (sorry…), mostly because it wasn’t actually done on my hands but on Freckles. While she was patient enough to let me take pictures of the finished product, I thought it might be pushing my luck a bit to expect her to let me take pictures of every step… But, I love it so much I will almost certainly be using the same technique on my own nails soon and so I will definitely do a tutorial then.

For these nails, I used Titania by Australis, Royal by Revlon and Silver Dollar by Revlon. I got Silver Dollar recently and oh my god I am sooooo in love! It’s so sparkly and shimmery and only needs two coats for maximum coverage. It’s just brilliant. Oh, and Royal (which is in the pictures) is a fast drying polish and it actually works. It dries completely in under three mins. It is so quick and I was so impressed (I fully expected it to be a scam and for it to take just as long as every other nail polish to dry but it didn’t).
